Éric Bertrand has been founder and president of Habitation Tendance since 2003. With 22 years' experience, he reinvents modern living by creating living spaces in harmony with the environment and the spirit of community. His vision puts people at the heart of every project, with an unwavering commitment to comfort, sustainability and quality of life. He pays particular attention to the choice of trendy, high-quality materials, guaranteeing buildings that are aesthetically pleasing, durable and adapted to the needs of today and tomorrow.

Hugo Leblanc joined Éric Bertrand at Habitation Tendance in 2023 as Associate and VP Development and Construction. With over 30 years' experience, he brings a wealth of expertise in sustainable development and the management of large-scale projects, such as Humaniti in downtown Montreal. His long-standing collaboration with Éric Bertrand is based on a shared vision of innovation and quality, helping to shape unique and harmonious living environments for future generations.

Hugo Leblanc

Associate, VP Development and Construction

Charles-Félix Messier is involved at every stage of the investment process, from opportunity analysis to active project management. Before joining Messier, Savard & Associés in 2015, he worked as a financial analyst at Lone Star Funds. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (finance) from HEC Montréal, a master's degree in real estate decision-making from Université Laval and the CFA designation.

Manuel Servant oversees the company's legal affairs and actively participates in the creation of major strategic partnerships. With experience as a commercial lawyer in Montreal and a former corporate financial analyst, he holds a double bachelor's degree in business administration (HEC Montréal) and law (Université de Montréal). A member of the Quebec Bar and CFA charterholder, Manuel puts his expertise at the service of sustainable growth and the long-term success of corporate projects.

Daniel Caron has been Director of Property Management at Habitation Tendance for over 15 years. With rigor and professionalism, he oversees the management of the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal maintenance and tenant satisfaction. His expertise and attention to detail contribute to the longevity and quality of the company's projects, ensuring a harmonious, worry-free residential experience for all occupants.

Daniel Caron

William Nadeau recently joined Habitation Tendance as Construction Project Manager, bringing his expertise and passion for real estate development. With a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from ÉTS, he's already off to a strong start with two major rental projects. With a wealth of experience in large-scale projects that have left their mark, he continues to infuse them with his rigor and vision.

Tina Dostie, with nearly 25 years' experience in branding, has contributed to the growth of major companies through integrated and innovative strategies deployed on multiple platforms. A recent addition to the Habitation Tendance team, she brings to the table her passion for real estate marketing, sales and customer service. A go-getter and creative thinker, she places great importance on collaboration, the constant search for innovative ideas and excellence in practices.
