Demolition work underway for Saint-Basile-le-Grand residential project

Saint-Basile-sur-le-Parc, a real estate development project consisting of four apartment buildings and a central park, will see its first beams erected as early as spring 2025. Messier, Savard et Associés (MSA), a company specializing in real estate investment and development, will build the new structures. Ranging in height from two to six storeys, they will house over 800 residential units, as well as a number of commercial premises. The 100,000 sq. ft. park at the center will be open to the public.

Saint-Basile project unveiled, a $200M investment

Last Monday, at its regular meeting, the Saint-Basile municipal council adopted the first draft resolution of a Projet particulier de construction, de modification ou d'occupation d'un immeuble (PPCMOI). "It's on Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier Boulevard. It's a big project," commented Saint-Basile mayor Yves Lessard at the March 1 meeting.
