As an experienced superintendent on the Habitation Tendance team, you will play a key role in the realization of projects that combine innovation, quality and respect for the environment. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our ambitious initiatives to meet and surpass set objectives, while ensuring rigorous management of execution and manpower.
You will be responsible for steering large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams: architects, engineers, contractors and customers. Your goal will be to ensure smooth, impeccable execution of each project, while upholding the standards of excellence that define Habitation Tendance.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager. This person will be responsible for the complete management of construction projects, including rigorous monitoring of schedule, content and costs, according to the requirements agreed with the customer. Acting as an intermediary between the customer, contractors and professionals, he/she will ensure compliance with contract documents, assess progress, analyze variances and manage change requests. The role also includes participation in the tendering process, provisional and final acceptance, and contract closure, while ensuring efficient filing of technical and administrative documentation.
We are looking for someone with interior design or related skills (e.g. kitchen designer, materials representative) to act as a key resource. This person will be responsible for selecting finishes, developing concepts for common areas and creating different concepts for apartments. Proficiency in CAD software, writing accurate and detailed specifications, and managing interactions with a solution-oriented mindset, while respecting strict deadlines. This varied position requires autonomy, organization and excellent interpersonal skills.
